Kumar the Paralegal starts public awareness campaign on benefits of hiring paralegals

The Canadian justice system is in crisis. The complaints are many: Justice takes too long. Lawyers are too expensive. The legal process is paper- and process-driven.

Paralegals are an excellent solution to helping to ease the congestion of the court system and speed up the process of those seeking justice. While paralegals cannot practice in certain areas of law, such as family law, there are many areas where they can speed things up.

Yet on the whole, Canadians are unaware of the benefits of using paralegals. Paralegals can save you time and save you money. Paralegals cost about half of what a lawyer charges, and they are able to practice in many areas of law (except family law).

Paralegals can help solve such problems as navigating the intricacies of small claims court and debt collection. If you are a landlord, initiating the eviction process to remove a problem tenant can be a real problem. And if you get a traffic ticket, it is useful to defend your driving record to especially if you need your car for work, or if your business is logistics, delivery, or sales.

So, I am starting an awarness campaign on why hiring paralegals is the smart choice for Canadians.
